Registration Fees
Registration fees are in NZ$ and are inc GST.

All fees incorporate teas, lunches, conference bag and material, and attendance at all day sessions for the duration of the Conference.
*Parent & Student Registration: Parent discount only applies to parents who are not working in a professional field associated with Gifted Education. Parents who are employed in an educational institution must register under that institution. Students must supply a supportive letter from their university lecturer or supervisor. This type of registration is not available online.
**To qualify for Group Discount of 10% of total registration fee, you must have a group of 5 individuals or more. This does not apply to the Conference Dinner. This type of registration is not available online.
Payment Options:
The full payment of registration fees must be made within 7 working days from the day of registration. To qualify for the Early Bird prices, the payment must be made prior to the end of Early Bird period on 15 June 2006.
1. Register online and pay by:
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex). The payment on your statement will show as "Conferences & Events Ltd".
- Download an invoice and send a cheque payment to "National Gifted & Talented Conference 2006", c/o Conferences & Events, PO Box 1254, Nelson; or pay by Drect Credit (details will be shown on your Invoice)
2. Register via regular mail: (for Parent/Student & Group Registrations)
- Post your registration form to "National Gifted & Talented Conference 2006", PO Box 1254, Nelson
- All registration forms must be accompanied by a cheque or credit card details. Please make cheques payable to: “National Gifted & Talented Conference 2006”
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellations received before 15 June 2006 will incur no cancellation fee, cancellations received after 15 June 2006 will incur a cancellation fee of $75, cancellations received after 20 July 2006 will be liable for full registration fee and will not receive a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another delegate.
